How you drive success:

• Solve UX problems, define intuitive user flows, low and high-fidelity mockups, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design effectively using a creative approach
• Define innovative and consistent UI components and interfaces based on our guidelines
• Inspect final designs and troubleshoot usability other QA issues
• Be flexible and open to alternative solutions from the development team
• Develop and execute all creative projects and design production with strategic, creative visual storytelling
• Research and search for inspiration for new concepts, trends, and design techniques

Requirements

You have/are:

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, in-house, and/or agency.
• Experience working directly with internal and external clients.
• Natural design sensibility and a creative eye toward solving business issues.
• Dedicated to finding creative solutions to design problems, always considering new visual ways to effectively communicate messages across platforms and channels.
• Ability to maintain composure and articulate directives in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
• Ability to stay organized, manage, and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cultural, design, technology and business trends.
• Obsessed with UI/UX design principles, precision and holds all work to a high standard.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the prototype tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Maintain a positive outlook and spread the same to the rest of the team
