Job Summary

The Sales Producer Recruiter manages searches of increasing complexity by overseeing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process. They also provide role/area specific solutions driven by data, industry knowledge and personal experiences in the client business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting services to client; serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
  • Develops client strategy based on business goals and the clients talent philosophy/strategy
  • Manage client relationships (agency owners, hiring managers, senior leaders) independently; provide updates and conduct status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics)
  • The individual will work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for sales producer positions
  • Communicates proactively and consistently with agency owners, leaders and candidates throughout the process
  • Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when situation deviates from practice
  • Participates in client/TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred and/or HR certification a plus
  • Demonstrated recruitment success to include approximately 3+ years of diverse consultative full cycle experience in a high volume large corporate environment
  • Proven proficiency with a diverse sourcing toolkit that includes job boards, search engines, niche sites,LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to offer out of the box and creative solutions to recruiting challenges
  • Accountable and independent, as well as collaborative, fostering a cohesive team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels
  • Proven organizational and time management in order to work independently on a variety of concurrent projects in a time sensitive environment
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Taleo a huge plus
