The Director of Marketing is a goal-oriented professional who will work with the VP of Marketing in developing and executing marketing & digital strategies including oversight for the marketing operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the business. This is a “hands-on” position where you will create the strategy and marketing plan in coordination with the marketing resources that assemble all marketing technologies, and programs to be leveraged by individual geographies and product marketing, brand, content, and communications. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the customer and a proven track record of developing & implementing multi-channel marketing plans to B2B customers in the Accounting, Corporate, and Government markets. 

This role is vital to the success of scalable lead generation across the global marketing enterprise. You will manage a team of at least 6 marketing professionals, all experts in the field ranging from marketing automation, data/reporting, data/CRM management, Digital strategy, and web management, and using your experience and expertise to guide them to achieve the business and operational KPIs.  You will ensure that all marketing tech is fully optimized and templated, while Digital strategy supports the lead generation programs.
