Working At Endless

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Generally, we work within US hours however, we heavily rely on asynchronous communication as our team is spread across the world. We like to balance our company vision & goals with individual autonomy for you to do your best work possible.

Endless has been a remote-only company since 2015. We want you to work wherever in the world that makes you happy, inspires you daily and helps you become the person you wish to be (but with a stable internet connection)! You will work with team members scattered around the world and across time zones to build a better culture and service. Remote at Endless means you are comfortable with technology and are inherently self-sufficient in problem-solving and digital communication.

Job Summary

Recruiters work to attract the best talent to come join our company, interview them to make sure they are a perfect fit for performance and culture, and convince candidates to work at Endless. Events that we produce primarily include corporate meetings & conferences that are primarily virtual and will expand into hybrid and on-site in the future, ultimately providing the best experience possible. This position is responsible for:

  • Create hiring personas to describe the ideal candidates
  • Collaborate with managers to identify the ideal candidates for their team
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Create job posting inside of our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post job openings in various LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups, and job boards
  • Identifying and connect with candidates on LinkedIn
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Facilitate video interviews across a wide variety of roles
  • Craft job offer letters for ideal candidates
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”
  • Participate in People Experience meetings
  • Create outstanding relationships with all stakeholders
  • Maintain strong knowledge modern recruiting methods and recruiting for the event industry

  • Strong fit with the Endless culture and unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • 2+ years experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience recruiting for sales and operations roles preferred
  • Worked in a company that used an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Extremely comfortable with Google Workspace
  • Impeccable negotiation and interviewing skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision
  • Fast and reliable internet connection (50+ mbps up/download)
