What youll do

• Manage end-to-end feature and product lifecycle
• Define and drive use cases, user personas, product features/requirements, roadmaps, and release plans for product features
• Develop a backlog of experiments to decrease our customers time to hire and increase hire rates
• Define and test product success metrics and analyze product performance
• Work with leadership to develop and iterate on the broader product strategy
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams and collaborate in the launch of products

What were looking for

• Experience in software development and product management
• Ability to engage in in-depth technical conversations about architectural decisions and new product features
• Super organized and detail oriented
