Summary of Position:

The Lead Recruiter at Neuro-ID will be the driving force of our recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process. We are growing at a hypergrowth pace and we need someone very proactive, organized, and team oriented to drive this process at breakneck speed and precision.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with hiring managers in both engineering and business organizations to build strategies and pipeline: source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to develop short and long-term recruiting objectives and strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.
  • Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process.
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
  • Be an ambassador of our candidate experience by constantly thinking of ways we can enhance our employer brand.

Who You Are: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably at a tech start-up.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, stellar organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent representative of the company - professional, articulate, knowledgeable and intelligent.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think outside of the box and propose meaningful solutions.
  • Ability to identify gaps and drive operational improvements.
  • Action-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible mindset and able to navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Experience in both technical and business recruiting preferred.
