The Customer Onboarding Specialist will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will identify customer requirements, design and configure software, train new customers, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services. Personify prioritizes delivering an amazing customer experience and this is the first step in the process.

The ideal candidate is high energy, experienced with web-based technologies, passionate about helping customers, and is successful at communication via video, phone and email. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. A collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process.

  • Own and deliver customer onboarding projects and strive to exceed individual and team metrics
  • Set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts
  • Develop and implement creative solutions based on customer requirements
  • Create and foster a strong customer relationship
  • Educate new customers and ensure a smooth adoption of our products and services
  • Foster cross-team collaborations to continually improve customer experience processes

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • SaaS technology configuration experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have a strong desire to create the best client experience
  • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to motivate others and keep them on track
  • Comfortable holding customers and team members to standards and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
