Job Description

Your impact:

  • Design, implement and maintain the Fraud Management Program, assuring all relevant aspects, process and routines of fraud management are considered in the program, including performance and policy adherence aspects and key indicators for all fraud management teams (Prevention, Detection Analytics, Operations & Recovery teams) are in place and being tracked
  • Act as the interface of Fraud Management Team to other internal areas such as Products, Operations, Risk and Compliance to address other teams needs, assuring compliance with regulations and internal policies and enabling business growth within a risk based approach, considering Bitso risk appetite for frauds
  • Evaluate and recommend 3rd party risk and fraud management tools and platforms. Work with internal development teams to create and implement internal tools and solutions as needed
  • Actively work with products and development teams on channels and payments integrations in order to assure proper fraud prevention and customer authentication strategy implementation for all channels and products
  • Actively participate on Fraud Risk Policy design, implementation and execution
  • Execute Fraud Risk Assessments in order to identify Fraud Risk (internal and external) across the company in order to define and implement corrective action plans, providing visibility and mitigating emerging and residual fraud risks
  • Participate on Financial, Payments and Cards Industry forums to establish partnerships trough collaboration regarding fraud attacks landscape and mitigation actions
  • Partner and Align Fraud Management Team with other Financial Crimes functions

Who you are:

  • +5 years experience in Fraud Prevention activities for payments methods and digital channels
  • Demonstrated experience in digital channels authentication methods
  • Experience in credit card and debit card authorization methods and systems
  • Demonstrated experience in Fraud Risk Assessments and Fraud Risk Control Design related to Payments, Digital Wallets, Credit & Debit Cards and Digital Channels
  • Experience in Project Management techniques, such as Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal and written expression skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English language proficiency.
