What you will doBuild, operationalise, and maintain partner integrationsUnderstand partners’ needs, identify pain points and inefficiencies, validate hypotheses, and prioritise solutionsDefine end-to-end partner experience and distill into common enablers, working closely with other Product &  Engineering teams to deliverCoordinate cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders (e.g. support, legal, operations, sales) are kept informed and that integrations are operating effectivelyMonitor partner use to identify success and room for improvementCreate a strategic view on which partners and experiences to develop utilising internal data, industry trends, and market researchMeet partners, customers and prospects regularly to incubate ideas and validate product choicesManage day-to-day partner relationships via regular meetings, QBRs, etc.
What you will bringAn end to end perspective of delivering products to customersStrong analytical skills and strategic thinkingExperience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your workAbility to: assimilate complex operational challenges summarise and articulate in simple formcreate detailed business and technical requirementswork across diverse teams, engage with and inspire create an exceptional user experience  
What is required for applicationRequired Three years Product Management Experience or equivalentAbility to translate feedback from multiple stakeholder groups into engineering requirementsExperience with APIs and Integrations between companies.Technical understanding of enabler features such as authentication and provisioningComfortable working in a distributed team with autonomyAdaptive communication skills, and a collaborative, cross functional working styleExperience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)Experience using Jira, Confluence and project management toolsDesirablePrevious experience in a ‘Partnership’ type role, ideally in a Product organisation
