About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager on our technology team, you are responsible for participating in the identification, prioritization, and delivery of solutions to power our innovative pharmacy management system and customer experience. You will develop a deep understanding of divvyDOSE, our customers, and our business operations through research and analysis. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will help to create a product vision and build a roadmap of work to achieve that vision.

Working collaboratively with the rest of our technology team, you’ll participate in and lead various pieces of the process from user research to development and launch for new functionality and measure success against KPIs you’ve set for your domain. You are a problem solver, instinctively curious, and an excellent communicator looking to start and grow your career in Product Management. The career trajectory for this position is to develop into a Product Manager, owning a domain within divvyDOSE.


  • Research and define user requirements
  • Manage the product backlog
  • Collaborate with Engineering during sprints to deliver solutions in an Agile manner ● Assist with product rollout tasks for releases
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
  • Participate in user and competitive research
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on key metrics for the product


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience working with a technology team in any capacity to deliver software solutions
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with various team members and stakeholders, especially in a remote setting
  • Familiarity and comfort with data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and organize inputs from multiple sources
