This is where you come in!

Socure’s legal team is expanding, and we’re hiring a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join the legal team. We offer an exciting, fast paced company environment, with a shared mission to eliminate identify fraud and take over the identity verification market.

This is a full time position based remotely in the US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist our contract manager and commercial legal team with administration of contracts from template to signing
  • Support our SVP, Legal and corporate counsel with corporate and other legal matters, draft Board consents, stock transfer agreements and other corporate documents
  • Organization and management of corporate documents, stock records and option grants via Carta
  • Administrative support for legal department
  • Assist with various tasks and projects from time to time

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Paralegal certificate.
  • 4-7 years of combined experience working as a paralegal at a law firm and a technology company
  • Experience drafting Board consents and minutes, stock transfer agreements and other corporate documents
  • Experience administering stock option plan and stock records (preferably via Carta)
  • Experience working with contract management solutions. Experience with is preferred but not required
  • Experience with contract workflow processes
  • Proactive and confident problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills who loves to take on challenges and create/improve processes.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with various teams in a high demanding and fast paced environment
  • Organized and efficient, attention to detail is a must
