Training Practice Coach – Customer Service at Applied Concepts

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Practice Coach to deliver our individual training sessions over the phone. This person must maintain an empathetic, positive and professional approach while coaching our enrollees. You will be well-trained in all of the concepts that form the foundation of the company’s learning programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback to learners throughout each and every coaching session
  • Ability to introduce and explain new materials to our learners
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional and consistent attitude on all coaching sessions
  • Meet minimum daily/weekly/monthly quality and performance expectations
  • Accurately document all client interaction and call activity using the company’s propriety programs
  • Proactively report any business- or enrollee-related concerns to management
  • Possess a clear and captivating speaking voice
  • Ability to work and thrive in a structured team centric environment
  • Take personal accountability for conduct in the workplace and communicate all needs in advance
